Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.” Kids from KinderGardens in slums run by Sarva Seva Sangh, Mumbai gathered at St. Arnold’s Hall, Andheri (E) on Saturday 5th December 2015.
The kids began arriving at 9.30 in the morning and as they arrived they played on Jumping Jacks. Then they were taken into the hall where they enjoyed playing with colourful balloons. They were also entertained with a live magic show and video action songs. The children continued to enjoy dancing and playing around in the hall until they left home in the afternoon with gifts and sweets.
Thanks to St. Arnold’s School, Andheri and Disciples of the Divine Word for their active collaboration in facilitating this event, where we could bring cheer to 115 less privileged children.
