Sarva Seva Sangh, Vadgaonsheri, Pune organized a Rally on 30th November 2017 to make the public aware about HIV/AIDS on the theme of “Increasing Impact through Transparency, Accountability and Partnership”.

Nearly 400 High School children from St. Arnold’s Central School, Stella Maries School, and Lonkar Madhyamik Shala participated in the rally along with boys from Sarva Seva Sangh and the staff from Pune City AIDS Control Society. The rally commenced from the respective schools as well as Sarva Seva Sangh at 8.30 am and concluded at Divine Mercy Church premises passing through Vadgaonsheri vegetable market.

At the concluding meeting Mr. Yogesh Mulik (Municipal Corporator) addressed the students. Corporators Mrs. Shital Shinde and Sandeep Jarad also were present at the rally along with Fr. Malcolm Sequira (Vicar General, Poona Diocese) Fr. Joyson Kurian (Prinicpal, St. Arnold’s Central School). Students from Christ College, Pune made the gathering aware about HIV/AIDS by presenting a street play. Sarva Seva Sangh will be organizing more HIV/AIDS awareness programs during the week in some schools and colleges in Pune city.
